Q: Coronavirus update

Q: What are the delivery charges?

  • Free standard delivery within the M25 addresses with all orders over £50. Orders less than £50 will incur a delivery charge of £5.00 which customers will be notified of the relevant surcharge before placing an order. 
  • Rest of the UK (excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) a delivery charge of £5.95 applies, regardless of order value.

Q: When will my home delivery arrive?

You should expect your delivery within 2-3 working days. You will receive a notification email one day prior to your delivery.

Q: Where do you process and pack?

All seafood is packed at our facility in Hayes whilst meat products are packed at our partner plant in Colindale.

 

Q: Is the meat halal?

No; none of our meat products are halal. 

 

Q: Allergen information about our products?

Reach Food Home Delivery is offering a range of fish, crustacean or meat hampers. Each type of hamper will contain certain allergens. All our hampers are be handled is an facility which processes fresh fish, crustaceans and molluscs. We also handle packed items that contain Milk, Gluten, Tree Nuts and Egg, The sausages within the Variety and Family Feeder hampers contain cereals (gluten). The factory handles the allergens – wheat, fish, milk, celery, mustard and sulphites. The fresh and frozen prawns we sell also contain Sulphites. The Manal and Pan Asian Fish Hampers also contain Edamame Beans.

 

Q: Item(s) are missing from my delivery; help!

We have a thorough process internally to triple check the correct items are delivered to you, apologies if something has been missed. Please get in contact with us on the day of delivery. 

 

Q: Are the products suitable for home freezing?

All our fresh items i.e fresh seafood and fresh meat & poultry are suitable for home freezing. Our frozen seafood products cannot be re-frozen.
